Josh West is a vocalist and songwriter from Glendale, AZ. Competing on Season 12 of NBC's hit show The Voice, he received a four chair turn, was a top 20 contestant, and received a standing ovation from the coaches. As well as vocals, Josh provides bass guitar, keyboard, harmonica, and melodica for the band.
Glen West is a guitarist and songwriter and a graduate of the renowned school The Musician's Institute in Hollywood, California. Glen has been teaching guitar for a living and performing for over 35 years.
Drummer, Tim Hoag, was a founding member of Okilly Dokilly, a heavy metal band which dressed up as Ned Flanders and played songs with lyrics inspired by the TV show. In addition to touring the US and Europe, in 2019 one of their videos was played over the end credits to a Simpson's episode.
BEST Party Ever! We booked the Josh West Trio for our New Year's Eve Party at a 55+ community. He came and blew us ALL away! I am still getting compliments on the party and the band from that night along with requests for them to come back, and soon! They were polite, came and set up and was ready to go on time and brought great lights and equipment to really give the entire party a great ambiance. They played not only what our age group loves, but newer music and some classics too. They were able to read the room and play a great mix of slow and upbeat dancing music.
Normally in our community (even on New Year's Eve), people leave by 8:00 p.m. We had more than half the people stay until the toast at 10:00 p.m. (toasted with New York for an earlier night).
He communicated great leading up to the date and asked all the right questions to ensure everything was covered. Thank you Josh for making this party the BEST one we've had!
They showed up on time. Set up quickly. Worked with the guests on the playlist. The were absolutely great!
The Josh West Trio (Vanilla Aardvark) played at our Xscapers Convergence in Tucson. They are incredibly talented and professional. The entire band was great and their song selection was perfect for our group. Many attendees told me how impressed they were with the band and numerous people mentioned Josh's incredible voice. I highly recommend hiring them for you event. They would be great at any function and well worth the money!
The Josh West Trio was the perfect addition to our National Convention welcome reception. Josh was great to work with and took time to understand the audience. We received so many compliments from our convention attendees! The Trio added fun and enthusiasm to our kickoff. When we are back in the area for future events, we will be sure to reconnect with Josh.

We booked Josh West Trio for our 70-person outdoor Scottsdale wedding in May, and they were absolutely phenomenal! They were extremely professional leading up to and during our event, making sure they had the lay of the land and were coming well prepared with the right equipment etc. Josh also graciously offered to bring an extra keyboard along so my Uncle could play a special processional song for my walk down the aisle. Their music is on-point for a mixed-age audience, vocals were off the charts, and every one of our guests were signing, dancing and raving about their performance. You will not regret booking these guys - they made our special day even more special and we are SO thrilled we chose them for our wedding!
We were very pleased with Josh and his two partners as they entertained our company at the annual holiday party. Easy to work with, extensive set list, and great performers. I recommend them to anyone needing entertainment for a live event!
